Logo re-design created for Cando Doulas CIC who support parents with learning difficulties and complex needs, through pregnancy, birth and beyond in the West Midlands. Certain aspects within the client’s existing branding were maintained and also utilised for this updated design, including the visual representation of a butterfly as well as the use of purple as the primary colour. The re-designed logo depicts two intersecting hearts, which also simultaneously form the wings of a butterfly. This chosen concept characterises the compassion between both the professional doula and the parent that they are supporting, as well as the familial bond between parent/s and baby.
