For a self-initiated project, I designed an awareness campaign that explores the benefits (particularly health related) of pet adoption/ownership. In order to reach a wider audience, the final design outputs were applied to a range of both printed and digitals media. A combination of both illustrative and digital methods were employed for this project. To accompany/support the visual elements, the designs also provide facts regarding the health benefits of pet adoption/ownership. By using bright, vibrant, contrasting colours, the design outputs have quite a striking impact, which therefore aids in raising awareness of the subject. Ultimately, the campaign aims to encourage members of the public to consider adopting/getting a pet to benefit themselves and the animal.
