LEVI'S ENGINEERED JEANS MICROSITE
Microsite design for‘Levi Strauss & Co.’. The aim of this project was to create a site that promotes the mock relaunch (originally launched in 1999) of ‘Levi’s Engineered Jeans/LEJ, also known as ‘Twisted Jeans’, which would appeal to young adults (aged between 18-25 years old) today.
Abstract, geometric shapes are used throughout the design outcomes of this project, which represents the twisted seam feature of the jeans. The blueprint graph paper textured background relates to blue denim and also the engineered aspect of the jeans. Images are displayed within Polaroid style frames, which evoke the retro style of the jeans.
